Crest Homes Group (“Crest”) is a multifaceted real estate group with a focus on Southern Spain. Crest has been operational for almost 20 years and during this time has been intrinsically involved in some of the most successful and exclusive development projects across a wide variety of asset and project types.

Where appropriate Crest seeks to directly acquire and develop or reposition real estate assets, typically within JV structures alongside selected equity partners.

Crest Homes also supports third party investors and developers of all sizes in the identification and acquisition of suitable real estate assets and subsequently, where required, provides all or part of a full suite of professional services to facilitate the repositioning / development of the real estate project and manage the market positioning and distribution using new and existing sales channels that are reactive to the changing market demographic.
